You had almost everything I needed for my airplane, sold those items at a fair price and shipped them promptly and without charging exorbitant shipping fees. For the few items that did not work out your return policy was fair and prompt. Please pass along my appreciation to the employees and management of Aircraft Spruce--you all run a fine company. I wish you much success in the future. If I build again, yours is the first company I will check for the materials required.

I called at 3:30 on Thursday asking for some parts to go out the same day - Invoice # 726266 Order #718982. The customer rep said he'd personally walk the order to the warehouse to get it out that day and just like he said I got the parts today! I have NEVER had a wrong order with Aircraft Spruce and I think that track record is absolutely amazing. In fact I was thinking a good slogan for your company is: "The large company with the small company service".

It arrived Thursday afternoon August 23rd. I did not expect to see it before Monday the 27th. The items I ordered were packed carefully and professionally. Though fragile, the items arrived in perfect condition. In fact I am even able to use shipping box as a perfect storage box for flat loose items I have in the shop.
