The MY KIT AIRPLANE program consists
of several modules for individual functions. These modules include
the Main Menu, Project Entry, Primary Project Selection, Construction
Information Entry, Expense Entry, Flight Information Entry, Maintenance
Information Entry, and Weight & Balance Tool. Also included
are forms for entering Advisor and Category Information. The
unique Suppliers Information form contains fields for just about any
information you wish to keep track of. There is also a very complete
FAA page that contains all the FAA information necessary for you to
build, certify, and get your FAA Airworthiness Certificate for your
Experimental or Light Sport Aircraft. In addition there is a
very comprehensive file of information on Light Sport Aircraft and
their construction and operation. All FAA and Light Sport
Aircraft materials are in PDF format. Version 6.0 of the Adobe
PDF Reader is included on the install CD.
Expense Form
The Expense Form is used to keep track of all your purchases for your
Experimental Aircraft project. Sales Tax is automatically computed
on items where necessary. There is a running total at the bottom of
the form so you can always see your expenses in each of several areas.
Take a look at the form to see additional information. You can also
print out a complete expense report from the Expense Form.
Supplier Address Book Form
The Supplier Address Book Form provides space to keep information about
all your suppliers. The unique "rolodex" type of operation makes it
easy to jump around in the address book. There is also a pull down
box that contains all the entries in alphabetical order. Entering the
ZIP code brings up the City, State, and Telephone exchange automatically
for several thousand locations in the United States.
Construction Form
The Construction Form allows for the storage of 4 pictures for each project
page. The Project Entry page allows you to include the path to your pictures
so simply clicking on the picture space in the Form takes you directly
to your picture directory. The picture file names are automatically entered
below the picture selected, making this a one click operation. From the
Construction Form you can print out a full color record sheet for your
safe keeping as well as your proof of construction for the FAA Inspector
when the time comes.
FAA Information
The FAA Information pages have everything you need to get your airplane
built, certified, and flying. Lots of FAA stuff to read and print out
as well. All the necessary forms are included in the collection.
