The new seal is made from the same FAA-PMA approved rubber compound as the door seals. It installs in exactly the same way as the original foam weather stripping on the vent window. The primary difference is the new seal will mold itself to the contour of the vent window and provide a long lasting, air- and water-tight seal like no other seal on the market. The seal is easy to install (with its own pressure sensitive adhesive strip). The set includes 2 clevis pins, 6 washers, and 2 cotter keys. All the hardware is FAA approved for all Piper aircraft. Piper Door Hinge Clevis Pins PN 05-03633 $8.75 Restoring primer pump operation The kit is replaces the worn O-rings (2) on the primer pump used on non-fuel injected engine installations. The primer seals frequently are not re-lubricated until someone complains the primer isn't working or the engine is hard starting. This is most evident by the pump being hard or stiff to operate. Generally speaking, by the time the pump stops performing, the seals are worn (to the point that lube is of little value) and must be replaced. The kit contains the two O-rings, a packet of Seal Lube, and detailed instructions. Primer Overhaul Kit PN 05-03637 $8.65 Seat belt buckles take a beating over the years. They end up with dings and pits on the face of the buckles just from normal use. Until now, nothing could be done to improve the looks other than costly bead blasting or replacing. This set of two beautiful seat belt placards installs on the buckle to add beauty and class to your seat belts. Each placard is silk-screened on chrome metallic Mylar and coated in a hard scratch-resistant clear epoxy that looks like crystal glass. They hardly ever get lubricated and due to their exposure to the elements, rust in the pivot point can prevent the door from closing properly and should be replaced from time to time as they wear. It is made of temperature stable Lexan, padded with a FAA approved soundproofing foam and covered with a special leather grain like non-glare vinyl. The eyebrow that extends three inches over the instrument panel is one inch thick and double stitched for durability and beauty. Unlike glareshields that are made of aluminum or fiberglass, the Glareshield eyebrow will flex, should it be inadvertently struck, providing an element of additional safety. By design, the new Glareshield improves forward visibility over the existing factory eyebrow. The new Glareshield for these models is constructed the same as the (STD) model except the Lexan has been molded to fit over the hump (for the radios) on specific models.
