AIRCRAFT SPRUCE CANADA
OPENS IN TORONTO

Aircraft Spruce Canada was announced at AirVenture in July 2006 and a retail store opened in Mississauga, Ontario (Toronto area) in the fall of 2006. The store offers GPS units, headsets, intercoms, flight bags, oxygen systems, windsocks, cleaners and polishes, oil filters, spark plugs, batteries, tires, brake linings and discs, engine oil, books, videos, and other parts and pilot supplies that are found in the Aircraft Spruce catalog.

This retail store is not a part of a large fully stocked warehouse, as is the case with the Aircraft Spruce facilities in California and Georgia, and most orders placed for shipment from Aircraft Spruce to customers in Canada will be shipped on our consolidated shipment program from California or Georgia, whichever is closer to the customer. Canadian orders will be shipped using the WorldEase program from UPS, which through consolidation of orders will significantly reduce brokerage fees and other hassles involved with shipments from the U.S. to Canada. UPS will deliver the orders directly to the customer. Orders can also be shipped via Canada Post from our Georgia or California warehouses utilizing our low U.S. prices and postal rates with no brokerage or clearance fees, and delivered direct to the customer's door (after being cleared by our customs broker). If a customer does not want to use the WorldEase program (consolidated shipments), we will be glad to ship direct to the customer using Federal Express.
